I built this because nobody ever handed me the other half of the pricing conversation: whether my two hands could actually get me there in time, and where the money was supposed to go once it did. I had to work that out the hard way, one exhausted December at a time.
This is what I wish someone had given me first. Not another productivity push. Not a bigger to-do list. The belief underneath the pricing, the honest numbers, a plan sized to the hours you actually have - and the part almost nobody plans for, where the money goes after it arrives.
I sit beside the woman going through it, not above her. Because I have been her. In some ways I still am. And that is exactly what makes this work.
